Polite requests in Chinese — 麻烦你 (Could you please) — softens any request.

    Tip: 条 <tiáo> = counter for skirts and pants 裤子 <kùzi> = pants, trousers 其他 <qítā> = other, different 颜色 <yánsè> = colour
