Order Italian-style coffee in French — un espresso, un macchiato — and choose à table ou au comptoir (at the table or at the counter).

Un café (espresso, default), un café au lait (with milk), un café crème (creamy), un café allongé (long), un noisette (espresso with a dash of milk).

À table vs au comptoir?

À table = sat at a table. Au comptoir = standing at the bar/counter. In France, drinks are often cheaper au comptoir.

How do you order multiple drinks?

Un café et un macchiato, s'il vous plaît = 'one coffee and one macchiato, please'. Note: et = and, no Oxford comma.
