How do you talk about future weather in French?

Use future tense: il fera (it will be), il fera froid (it'll be cold). Or futur proche: il va faire froid.

What is la météo?

'The weather forecast / weather report'. Selon la météo = 'according to the forecast'.

Plus froid vs plus chaud?

Plus froid = colder. Plus chaud = hotter. Demain il fera plus froid = 'tomorrow it'll be colder'.
