How do you say 'on Wednesday'?

El miércoles (with definite article 'el'). For recurring: los miércoles = 'on Wednesdays'.

Spanish sports vocabulary?

Jugar al tenis (play tennis), al fútbol (soccer), al baloncesto (basketball). Note: 'al' = a + el. Some omit it: jugar tenis (Latin America).
